Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup grapefruit juice or 1/4 cup orange juice
  2. 1/4 cup maple syrup
  3. 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  6. 4 salmon fillets or 4 salmon steaks
  7. salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. 1. Combine grapefruit (orange) juice, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar and garlic in a saucepan over medium high heat.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil and cook 5-6 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in oil.
  4. 4. Season salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Brush generously with glaze and grill or broil 10 minutes, occasionally brushing with glaze.
