Mango-Banana Porridge

A little exotic warm porridge. Very quick recipe, it can warm up your winter mornings. Very easy, tasty and free of sugar and dairy.

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup of oatmeal
  2. ½ mango
  3. 1 banana
  4. 1 tbls coconut oil
  5. 3 tbls of shred coconut
  6. Almonds
  7. Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Mash banana with fork in bowl.
  2. Add 1 cup of oatmeal and 1 cup of boiled water.
  3. Mix until porridge texture.
  4. Add 1 spoon of coconut oil, cinnamon and 3 spoons of shred coconut and mix again.
  5. Cut mango and almonds into small pieces and put them on top.
  6. Adding honey on top is optional.
